Changing territories through collective action

The federation wishes to share its experience within the framework of the “changing territories through collective action” program, co-financed by the French Development Agency.

The MFRs of Grand Est are experimenting with an approach of piloting the federal associative project by the method of “AOCT” or Approaches Oriented Change in a Territory. The Board of Directors and the territorial partners combine their meetings intended to implement an action calendar with a method which makes it possible to link these actions with more or less short-term paths of change.

These changes were defined beforehand by setting out the vision and 3 or 4 clear, ambitious but accessible challenges. This approach allows, in a fairly simple way and over time, to gradually optimize its action plan on the basis of its relevance to the shared political project, summarized in the vision.
