Learn more about VET development in the Netherlands

MBO Raad, the coordinating institution, which brought together all previous work to present the results to participants during Praline's last PLA (Peer Learning Activity) in Rotterdam (Netherlands). Three years after its creation, the actors have completed face-to-face working sessions around the importance of digitalization and initiatives that pursue sustainable development.

During the sessions, the different speakers presented solutions and good practices in Dutch VET, such as improving or reskilling workers. Likewise, Andesh Harnam, Director of Zadkine Logistics College, explained the need to integrate new technological trends into the development of professional skills.

Participating organizations were surveyed on themes covered in previous sessions: strategies for immigrant students, workplace learning, integrating artificial intelligence and automation into the digital skills of future professionals, among others. These last exchanges carried out with the aim of transferring policies to the network EUproVET.

PRALINE was presented as a project aiming to strengthen and energize European networks. By learning good practices in professional training, all members, such as the FP Empresa, continue to work on the internationalization of VET.
