Improving employability, a territorial vision

Speaker: Robert Crespo Rico. Teaching technician of the vocational training department of the Generalitat of Valencia.

For the Valencian Community, promoting employment opportunities for Vocational Training students is a strategic objective that we have been working on for some years now.

To achieve this, we have designed two closely linked action strategies, on the one hand, to encourage the implementation of work-linked training projects with clear direct employment and, on the other hand, to strengthen the links between businesses and vocational training centres.

The success of these strategies will depend on the establishment of mechanisms for direct interaction between the various stakeholders: schools, businesses, administration, social agents, etc. and on a driving structure allowing the vocational training system to be adapted to changing needs. of these agents in a dynamic and flexible way
