Learning to dialogue through European projects to initiate local citizen initiatives

The partnership between the MFR and the town hall of Vertus in the spotlight of the local correspondent of the newspaper l'Union as part of the urban revitalization plan Small Towns of Tomorrow. The young people and teams involved participated in the Invert-R and Vet4Change programs, which has given them the ability and enthusiasm to engage in dialogue with elected officials and decision-makers.

The first year students of the MFR Virtues spoke with Pascal Perrot – Mayor of Blancs-Coteaux about the political commitment of young people in rural areas. This exchange led to the creation of a third place where residents will meet around culture, ecology and one-off events.

Sandrine, a trainer in MFR and a driving force behind European and civic dynamics, will be the project manager to ensure the full participation of young people in the creation of this intergenerational living space. The full article here.
