25 youth and popular education associations, or around a hundred young people, met at the Rennes Association House in Brittany, to jointly construct proposals for European resolutions in favour of young people. The overseas territories were represented through the presence of delegations from Crajep Guadeloupe and Crajep Réunion.

Participants took over the consultation report to bring out their recommendations. The recommendations will be brought by the Young Delegates to the next European Youth Conference, next September in Hungary, to be debated and adopted within the EU Council of Ministers.
