MFR Casinca x U Pattu per a Ghjuventù: focus on a young actress

The Rural Family House of Casinca has officially signed the youth charter “U Pattu per a Ghjuventù”, affirming its commitment alongside the Collectivité de Corse in favor of an ambitious, shared policy focused on the future of young islanders. Conceived as a real lever for transformation, this charter embodies a clear desire: to make young people a cross-cutting priority for the territory, by consolidating the conditions for their emancipation, their civic engagement and their access to rights.

Through “U Pattu per a Ghjuventù”, the Collectivité de Corse is driving a comprehensive and innovative public policy aimed at young people aged 11 to 30. This framework for action, designed as a strategic management tool, supports young people in building their life paths, while encouraging them to get involved and fully assume their role as active citizens. The charter is part of a dynamic of structured dialogue, based on continuous exchange between institutions, young people and field actors. The objective: to involve young people in all stages of youth policy - from design to evaluation - by encouraging local co-construction.

By signing this pact, the MFR Casinca joins a structured network of youth stakeholders who share a common vision: to offer a comprehensive and collective approach to the needs of Corsican youth. This involves:

  • to adapt the systems to the realities experienced by young people,
  • to allow them to be fully actors in their journey,
  • to promote exchange of best practices between professionals,
  • and to structure a solid project engineering to facilitate access to existing financing.

One of the pillars of the system is also the Youth Observatory, which allows for a better understanding of territorial dynamics thanks to a shared and updated diagnosis.

This commitment by the MFR Casinca marks a symbolic and strategic step in the development of the MFR project on the island. It confirms the desire to build, with young people and for young people, training, support, and participation responses that meet contemporary challenges.
