REUF! Quésaco?

The program "Young Rural People Make Europe of the Future!" or REuF! is co-financed by Erasmus + Jeunesse (Civic Service Agency in Paris) on the “key action 3” component, the purpose of which is to change public policies.

This one-year program is intended to show what can be done with these programs of up to 50 euros and intended mainly to promote dialogue between young people and decision-makers on the basis of an argument built with the teams of accompaniement.

In MFR, this corresponds to activities linked to the Animation Plan because the Youth projects are aimed at the non-formal and informal education part of the MFR, that is to say outside the training plan and the modules themselves.

Calendar of activities

REuF! contributes to the implementation of 4 activities:

  • Maydays virtual festival of May 27, 2021 based on actions in the MFR
  • a participation of a delegation of 3 young people and a guide is planned for the Provox festival from July 2 to 4
  • participation in the European Youth Event on 8 and 9 October 2021
  • a “diplomatic trip” to Brussels in November 2021 during the publication of the Council of Europe Resolution on the participation of young people in decision-making processes

Technically, carrying out a “KA3 Youth” project of this type corresponds better to MFRs and federations than to the Union. This is why we are working in the form of experimentation with directors and referent monitors who have volunteered.
