Representatives from several countries will continue discussions and pool their experiences on the issue of youth participation in territorial dialogue with a view to contributing to the EU 2027 strategy and the Sustainable Development Goals, based on reality young people in rural areas

These initiatives will continue in 2022 with in particular the European Youth Conference in January in Strasbourg, which will allow young people to inform decision-makers about issues that have an effect on their lives and to discuss youth policy.

Preserving and creating civic spaces for young people facilitating effective youth participation

The questions of inclusion of young rural people, spaces of expression for young people in rural areas or the place of girls and women in these territories are at the heart of the exchanges and could serve as a point of support for exchanges with the THAT.
