The V4C fresco, towards what horizons?

After 2 years of commitment, VET4CHANGE ends following the last event experienced in Provence to capitalize on the territorial cooperation tools developed by partnerships for professional training in rural areas.

The final meeting gave rise to the evaluation of the project by all the stakeholders, the participation of a graphic facilitator – Esther – gave rise to the emergence of the V4C fresco of the committed rural youth.

This tool is a starting point for carrying out advocacy or running a structured dialogue workshop; freely available to all, it is just waiting to be improved, debated, remodeled and allow territorial policies to take up this subject.

It addresses the place of young people in governance bodies and the voice of their opinion in change processes, the challenges of tomorrow's world and the methodology for facilitating structured dialogue based on the tools of Pro Action Café brought up to date by the partners.

This project was worked on in resonance with European countries: Estonia, Romania and Croatia. Numerous mobilities took place, on various themes. A look back at all the key stages of the project.

Afterwards, it is up to each partner to carry it on their territory. In the MFR network and in France, guidelines have been defined and are supported by:

Giang – training adapted to the territory

Marie-Noëlle – the impact on the MFR territory

Mark – embody the movement
